Welcome to the introduction and overview of DreamWeaving Technique & Fitness℠ (DWT&F℠), where we experience an efficient, effective, and sustainable option for vibrant health. Within the philosophy of DWT&F℠, we acknowledge the interconnectedness of allopathic and Traditional systems of healing and simplify lifestyle choices. This first series of classes is open to anyone who wants to know more about your mind/body/emotion/spirit’s interrelatedness or augment their practice as a healthcare practitioner or physician. The Compás series of classes is an experience for patients and physicians. Your instructor shares her perspective as a patient and a physician to simplify and enhance your life with this cost and time-effective practice. Set your compass to navigate greater health and vibrant energy, and fulfill your Life’s Purpose.

Outline:

1 - Self-care - Qigong & Sequoia Meditation

2 - Allopathic Viewpoint - Holographic overview of eleven (11) organ systems

3 - Traditional Viewpoint- overview of Traditional Chinese Medicine’s (TCM’s) Five (5) Element Phases

4 - Bridge - Identify & simplify commonalities & complements of Allopathic & Traditional Viewpoints, diagram your Holographic Personality℠, organize an Aromatic Holographic Diagram℠ , Base Chakra, Red

5 - Practice/Technique Lab - Occipital release, give/receive core oil applications

6 - Aromatherapy - Safety, chemistry, physics, Value of choosing 3-5 core oils

7 - Unity - Verbal & non-verbal conversations, online & in-person team-building (Flag Ninja)

You must successfully pass the Level 1 Compás Series Self-care/written/practical//bridge exams to continue to the Level 2 Levity Series.
